Blistered Whiskers Inc., is a no-kill, non-profit, street kitten rescue and foster care provider located in NW Peoria.Our mission is two-fold.First Blistered Whiskers is dedicated to helping stray, free-roaming, homeless kittens in Maricopa County by providing the necessary resources to assist with feeding, shelter, spay/neuter, medical care and adoption into their forever home.Secondly, acting as their advocate, Blistered Whiskers strives to improve their lives and promote ideas that are more reflective of a caring and humane community.
